Bjäre Trail

Sign up for the Bjäre Trail Run, a thrilling trail race that lets runners experience Båstad’s raw natural beauty. This event offers a unique route through rugged terrain, passing stunning sights like Laholm’s bay, the lush beech forests, and the scenic hills of Hallandsåsen. Running along this course combines the thrill of a race with the serenity of nature, as participants move through meadows, pastures, and iconic Swedish landscapes.

The trail’s challenging paths will take runners across abandoned ski slopes and railway tracks, providing both physical and visual adventure. Highlights along the route include Axeltorp’s ravine and Sinarpsdalen, where diverse flora thrive in the remnants of glacial valleys. Participants will get a chance to experience “Cherry Valley,” a naturally unique site rich with plant life, making every step of this run a memorable one. Starting and ending in Båstad’s company town, the event is an ideal opportunity to discover Sweden’s landscape while testing your stamina.

Runners can choose between distances of 12, 17, 34, or 51 kilometers, each offering a variety of challenges and views. With refreshments, toilets, and awards at the finish line, it’s an experience designed for both enjoyment and achievement.
