Licorice Day 12th of April: Culinary Walking Tour in Helsingborg

Celebrate Licorice Day with a unique culinary experience. This restaurant tour takes you on a journey through Helsingborg’s dining scene, where every dish is carefully crafted to highlight the complexity of licorice.

During the tour, you will visit three restaurants:

• Brasseriet, Oceanhamnen
• AMA Restaurant, Clarion Sea U
• Barrica Mat & Wine Bar, Kullagatan

Each stop offers one dish – from starter to dessert – incorporating licorice in a creative way. One of the restaurants will also host a short licorice tasting, giving you a deeper insight into this intriguing ingredient.

As an extra treat, you will receive a goodie bag from Lakritsfabriken (worth 150 SEK), available for pick-up at their store at Helsingborg Central until 3:00 PM.

To ensure an intimate and enjoyable experience, participants will be divided into three smaller groups, providing a well-paced and smooth dining journey.
